Msg to Makaveli

hey, i've been gone for almost 5 days now and when i tried to get on the server, i come to the login screen and when i hit the check mark to enter it closes it, ive done the steps to update it with the patch but it still closes me out, i also cannot sign into the main page where i can check the Item Mall and other stuff on the main website, please help..

Alright so for the fix to the website problem, Please use Firefox to access the user log-in or Google Chrome. That will fix the problem with the website.

To Fix your client log in please check the following:

Go to:
Code:
C:\Program Files\Extreme-Rose Online\neoncube


And open up the file called neoncube.ini and make sure It has the following information.

If its not the same as above, Please make the necessary changes. Try logging in again, if it still dose not work then do the following.

Go to the Extreme-Rose Online Folder:
Code:
C:\Program Files\Extreme-Rose Online


Right click on TRose.exe and click properties. Then a window will pop up, Click the Compatibility tab and make sure it has the following options checked!



After hitting Apply, Run The Extreme-Rose Launcher and it should fix the client crash problem. Please let me know if this helped.

Thank you for the step by step guide on how to get the game working again for me that was most helpful, i still cannot sign in to the main website for some reason, when my only internet source is FireFox and its fully upto date and everything

Great to hear. About the Website. Please try this direct link to the Extreme-Rose User Log-in. It should fix the problem with your browser.
