when i choose character select i dc'ed then im trying to login again but im stuck in donwloading avatar list, what happened? anyone have a same problem with me?

yes! If that happens just go to our Chat box! youll know wether the game is online or offline Smile

Correct. That means the char server is down. You should go to the chat box to get the latest info on the server status.
