level 200+ boots?

im pretty sure a lot of people have noticed, but there are currently no boots dropping whether it be dark or legendary boots, i have reborned over 10 times, been killing all sorts of mobs, but have never gotten my hands on any "special" type of boots, i just wanted to raise awareness on this topic.

i have found 5 or 6 legendary orlean shoes

but thats it, nothing else, no hawker, no soldier, no dealer

yep those items are nowhere to be found

what's the update to this problem?
