my +15 aurum plate and gloves are gone :(

please help me!
I used to +15 my aurum plate and gloves on my inventory when suddenly the server is disconnected. I re-log again and it goes back to 0 upgrade :(I lost my 2 sets of lisent au :(please help me with this. its so hard to do this kind of things.

If the server DCed when you got +15 and its rolled back to +0 the lisents will also be back in the materials tab.
And always type /save after every thing that is worth something to you.

Yes the lisents must be back but apparently it didnt thats why im complaining. also i didnt know that the /save is working
