PK'ed at go 13

Rule no.8
8. The location /go 13 is both for leveling and PvP purposes. However, if you PK players without their consent, you will be given warning / kicked. If you still don't comply, you will be banned. This goes for all PvP maps as well.
this character hit me..then i said: "?" and she stop, then she hit me again after i said.."why you hit me" after that i was lying dead and the killer Runs away..
her name is not clear here..so i search for her to screen shot her char. name clearly

xD i dun want any player to get ban just for killing once, i suggest we should put warnings. . . Please. . .5 warnings should be enough though, then warnings resets after a week or soo. . . . btw, im just suggesting not that i'm involve,

there is a warning 1st before they get banned it really depends on how many times it happens and if what kind of rules had been broken , and we will conduct investigation 1st before any action taken
