Hi i did for 12 vote points the backshield but didnt get it but my other items i did get? How can that be ? i lost now 12 vote points please can somebody fix this ?

So we speaking about the Item Mall, I purchased 6 topazes and the server did not give them to me, making me lose 90mil (which I barely had)

So I think i know what the problem might be. In your storage make sure there are no gaps in between items in your storage. Meaning the items are side by side and there is no empty space in between them. This is only time when items were not delivered to me when using the item mall.

Question, would we get the items re-sent, or a reimburse for the unsent items?
