Item mall lost Empty Item mall lost

Hey i bought a few things from item mall awhile ago and didn't get it i was told it was because i have spaces in my bank account. The items i got about 12 p6( tried twice) and a few buff scrolls 5 of each def, str, acc, dex and damage
