Trouble with login on webpage(too long username)

I reccently created another one account, and i was playing on it... i kicked up to 100lvl and want to change class via website.... and there is a surprise, mine account name is to long by one digit to login on webpage


did anyone have a solution to this?? i tried different browser, always 1 digit to long... (ingame is no trouble with it )

Alright, i will increase the login char count.

he's working on it and other updates for the next patch thanks.

I have increased the char count. If you are still have trouble logging in then its your web browser. I recommend using firefox or google chrome.

are you using I.e??

It won't work for me on IE, Firefox, chrome and opera next... Still mine account is 1 digit to long (16 characters at 15 possible)

what browser ur using ATM??

I'll try this on brothers pc, maybe it's something wrong with my laptop....

nope, it's the same on different computer with firefox 26...
so it's probably server side, not mine...

Just a thought try running everything with admin rights

I checked the source of webpage, and I found this: <td width="97" class="right"><div align="left" style="color:white">Username:</div></td>
<td width="93" class="right"><input name="user" type="text" class="liteoption" id="user" size="20" maxlength="15" /></td>

it's evidently not mine fault... webpage is configured to allow only 15 characters... (mine login is 16 long)

O'k but do you really need a log in name that long?

It should work now. I have no idea why it didn't update the web page. But it should work now.

its ok.. just dont create to much character on your account name

After all this changes I have again the same problem... I reborned mine champ to boost his charm and surprise, i cannot change his job... (username too long to login on website)

Alright, the user commands have been updated and you can now use the /class command in game to change your class!
