Can't connect to the Server

Good afternoon all together,

I want to start playing on this server.

Unfortunately i come only to the log in window,
when i add my login datas the window suddenly close.

Could anybody help me , please?

Make sure when you try to log you click the o'k buttons don't press enter  I had the same problem.

Yeah the world server crashed and was offline for a bit but its online now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So i reinstalled the game,
but it still don't work.

I everytime when i try to login its dissconnected,
and i tried the login without the enter task,
but dosen't work.

Have anybody an other idea?

I'm having the same problem now, I think the server might be down although it says its online. Maybe Makaveli might enlighten us.

Edit--Managed to get into the game stayed for 15 minutes logged out then it was back to not being able to log in damn.

The server has been online all night and did not crash. Its a problem with the client im pretty sure I had kinda the same problem on Windows 7. You have have to go to C:/program files/Extreme-Rose online and in that folder run TriggerDetect. Choose your graphics settings and hit Apply.

When you hit apply the official online launcher will start up and start to load and you should get this error message:

Patching Error occured while patch. Launcher must close.

Hit ok and close the launcher. Now run the extreme rose launcher on your desktop and try logging in. IT should fix the problem.

Hi, I did manage to log in once out of about 10 try's. Lets hope it can be sorted keep up the good work.

Good afternoon again

Makaveli I know this trick form the time of my own server and tried it already, but it doesn't fix the problem.

So i will download the client again.

I've tried to log in again at 1300 gmt+-0 still no joy. I reinstalled the client again still no joy I will download the client again later see if that works. Will let you know later.

Update : re downloaded the client again, installed like you said still the unable to get into the game.

Just an update, it takes me about 6 attempts now to log in   re downloaded the client. I'm at a loss why this is happening but I'm sure your working on fix. Have you any news on a dev' to help you out?

Emm GMPixin knows a Developer and hopefully we can get this resolved as soon as possible.

In the mean time you can also try this:
Go to The Exreme-Rose online folder located at C:program files/Extreme-rose games. In there right click on Trose.exe and click properties. Hit the Compatibility tab on the Trose Property window. Click Run this program in compatibility mode and pick WidnowsXp server pack 3 and also tick disable display scaling on high DPI settings. And also click run this program as an administrator. Let me know if this helped.
