The connection has been updated and changes have been made to the website as well to allow you to register and access the the user log-in. I apologize for the long wait, ran into a few problems during the upgrade.

New direct link to User Log-In:

Download & Install the PATCH to play!

OR you can make the changes manually to play!

1. Go to the directory where you installed the the client & open of the folder named neoncube:
The default install location is:
Code:
C:\Program Files\Extreme-Rose Online\neoncube

2. Then right click on the file named neoncube and click edit. Then delete all the text in that file and paste the following in the neoncube file:

3. After the copy and paste, it should look exactly like the image below.

4. Just save the file & and you are good to go  Smile

That's strange. You should try running the game as an administrator. If it still doesn't work, please follow the the troubleshooting guide here:

hmm, I think I see something in my problem,

Is it possible for the new server to block my IP (or something like that)?
coz when I swith to another connection, I can connect, though it says no new updates
If it block, can u unblock it?
Im from Indonesia,

*and I still cant access the new user log in page...I can access with another internet connection T_T

It would be the same, you just need to update the neoncube.ini file with the updated information and you are good to go!

I don't think that's the issue here. Your IP is not blocked. Emm ill make a patch installer and hopefully that will fix the problem. You need to reload the page too see the changes made on the website or clear your browser cache. But a direct link to the user log-in is also provided if all that fails.

ok, if you can not get it still, right click on the neoncube file and scroll down to Properties, then click on Security, Click the Advanced button, then click on your user name in the list, and click change permissions, then click the add button(which will make another user permission tab like yours), and give yourself all the access for it, then simply apply and close out of that window, then do the copy/paste thing Makaveli posted earlier with steps on what to do, then save the file and close out, then right click the client launcher and goto properties, and make it run as administrator, hit apply and close out of that window, then load the game up.... Enjoy this brief step-by-step walkthrough
