item mall bug refine

Hi GM/ADMIN
i bought mummy face and black seraph wings in item mall using VP, it says in the item mall refine (7) but after i bought it there is no refine? is this scam or bug or what? And also please fix my storage (2) everytime i open it, my client stop working and i lost 1 topaz (7). please!! ASAP

So as for the masks. The refine is there but it doesn't show it beside the name but once you equip it, you can see the refine effect. As for the wings, they are give refine 7.When did you buy the wings? I just tested it my self. I will remove some items from your storage, let me know if you are able to access the storage then.
