Events leading up the the bug / glitch / problem: Learned the Advanced Spear Mastery

Description or the bug / glitch it self: Didn't give supposed attack speed bonus.

How often dose this happen: Every time

already did. it's the only mastery that does not add. advanced axe and advanced sword works fine without the need to relog

hmmm. you need to manually click the skill book of that mastery. doubke click it and learn. try it

The problem is about attack speed? Or you cant learn the skill?

as u can see on my report, i said "Learned", which means i can click it, i can spend points on it, but it won't give the attack speed bonus. there's no problem with the skill book, i can use it and i can max the skill, the problem is that it gives no attack speed bonus.
