About Battle Charm

Subject: About Battle Charm (Cleric Buff) giving so much attack speed.

Events leading up the the bug / glitch / problem: Learning skills

Description or the bug / glitch it self: As everyone (especially clerics) can notice, cleric buffs give 2 values, 1 solid value, 1 percentage value. But in Battle Charm's case, it gives 2 percentage values giving it (personal opinion) so much attack speed than what is intended. I don't know if it's intended or what, but kindly look at databases to confirm.

How often dose this happen:Everytime the skill is learned.

Buff effect is based on the caster's INT I think. Coz I have 2 clerics, 1 below 1k INT and 1 above 1k INT. I tried buffing with both and there is a huge difference on the effects of their buffs. Also different effects on other classes. Like a knight can only have much as below 100% atk spd.

As takumi Said there are no bugged skills at all , its all about the int try equipping a topaz 7 and buff and equip it back u will see a difference since the formula is all about the int.

Something wrong with the description I guess. It says:

Haste attack speed: 55.#%
Haste Attack Speed: 22%

But I think it only boosts 55% coz I get only a max of 95% on my bourgeois without their passives.

i know the fact that buffs increase along with int. what i'm saying is it has both percentage unlike other buffs with 1 solid value and 1 percentage.
