Bug on dmg

hello. im KugelFang im wondering why i have only 700 to 1k dmg on normal hits with full gm or scroll buffs . and 1.5k to 1.8k dmg using skills w/ full gm or scroll buffs in sikuku ruins . im a raider. and i saw some champs hit mobs there with 8k to 11k normal hits . so im having a hard time there. im at lvl 204 and im stuck . i always die in sikuku ruins. the mobs hits me hard while i deal very low dmg to them .
