Item Mall not send to My Storage

dear gm, i bought scroll advanced hp scroll x3 , dexterity scroll x2 , strength scroll x3 , defense scroll x3 , accuracy scroll x3 , armor body for dealer lv 180 and saphire gems x1 and it didn't come to my storage. i already log out game. do you have any solutions?

it must because your Handsomness already expired.
make sure when you bought some log out from the web (close the browser) and then log in again. :v

i already follow it mak >.< btw when im buy item mall i was reborn and my lv is 1 and no item mall send to my bank, then when im tried to buy again at lv 120 it was send to my bank. what's wrong with that mak? can u explain ? so that i dont do mistake twice. thank you

Emm, That's weird, you should be able to use the item mall at any level. But i guess in the future, kill a few monsters before using the bank if your level 1.

i dont know why some players got this problem. i can use IM at any lvl even if my storage 1 is full of items . O.o weird
