Item Mall Items not in storage

I was having a few issues logging in to the server earlier today, logging in then not being able to connect to the server. I had previously bought two items from the item mall before my first attempt which were 1 x Shadowfall Headband and 1 x Garnet. Usually I wouldn't have an issue with purchasing these items again except I used vote points for the headband which for me aren't easy to get due to working a lot of the time.
My ingame char name is Loki.
Any news would be welcomed regarding this issue. Thank you.
