Hey, i just tried buying the level 160 knight set from website, it confirmed the purchase of all four pieces, took the 100m out of my account, but i never recieved it... i relogged, restarted my computer, and it still did not fix...please help

I had the same problem, stay in character select then buy from mall worked for me.
