Cart Skill! Empty Cart Skill!

I had a problem with the cart quest because after I get the quest from Mildun and send me to Mairard in Adventures Plain but the NPC named "Mairard" is missing on his spot although we can see him on our Map radar but the npc alone is gone...

Pls fix it...
I wanna test my new cart set! Thanks
