Skill Learning Bug

I have skill points to spend. I even have the books. But I can't learn the skills.
I was previously a Champion class. Now I am stuck as a cleric. I haven't put any points on the Offensive skills of Muse.

Try to re-log. If it doesn't work, try clicking the skill book manually.

Max skill limit.
the SQL will only let you have so many skills at a time
Normal this will match with the amount of points you get to 220 ish
means you cant learn BOTH buffing + Offense at same time.

How come my friend learned all his skills even on offensive side of the skill tree?
Is it because I was previously a Champion Class that it registered the champion class also? is there any way to fix this please?
