Events leading up the the bug / glitch / problem: skill learning

Description or the bug / glitch it self:I remember this bug from my old server,but it got fixed there when we told the admin, champion skill taunt can kill people in a non pvp area.
I wanted to see if it got fixed here already so i tried it on my cleric and my cleric died in 2 taunts from my champion.

And CottonCandy now blames me because yeoyeo killed some people in go 3 with taunt -.-
I only tested this on MY OWN CLERIC so i could report this to the forums...

How often dose this happen: when you use it

Am gonna remove it instaed as it is useless.

Yea, indeed its useless, the only skills we use are passives mostly and only a few offensives.
